Territory:
Clay-limestone hillside soils. Assembly of limestone scree and rolled pebbles. Mediterranean climate.
Vinification:
Mechanical harvest, destemmed vinified in concrete vats, without sulphite. Pressing with pneumatic press. Aged in concrete and stainless steel vats for 6 months.
Tasting:
A few tiled notes begin to appear. The nose opens with notes of spices. The mouth is on the fruit with a nice freshness and some notes of vanilla.
Aging: 3 years
